Equipment and Manpower Rate Sheet:
Effective August/2019

All equipment listed is either owned or optioned, any other equipment needed can be provided within 24 hours with negotiated rates or 3rd party invoice +10%

  • Invoicing - 30 days Net
  • Operators included in the equipment rate / Overtime rates for operators will be 1.5x regular rate after 10hrs
  • Shut downs due to weather will be billed 4 hours for machine rates and LOA if applicable
  • Shut downs due to no fault of H.O.C.C will be billed 12 hrs. standby rates
  • Standby Rates are 50% of regular rates for equipment and 100% straight time rate for manpower
  • Rates are all Found including fuel & lube, insurance, overhead and markup
  • PM's and shop repairs included but full time Field Mechanic to be billed at hourly rates
  • 3rd party invoicing will be billed at cost plus 10%
